39F512 Flash ROM Chip

This 39F512 is supported by PAULMON2 v2.1. It requires only a single 5 volt power supply. By using this Flash ROM chip, you can add permanent storage for download programs. It is also possible to use the chip for data logging. This chip supports erasure of the entire chip at once, or in 4k blocks. This is the same chip used on the 8051 Development Board, Rev 4.
