This 9 volt power adaptor is compabile with the 8051 Development Board. The current rating is 500 mA. This adaptor requires 120 volt AC voltage at 60 Hz, and it has a plug that is compatible with US and Canadian electrical outlets. It will not work in countries with 240 volt 50 Hz AC voltage.
