As promised here my project: The program generates a video signal in the ISR, and to have something nice and dynamic to display it calculates Conway's Game of Life [1]. Only two resistors and a RCA jack are needed. It uses PAL timings but should run on every modern TV.
Feel free to do with it whatever you want.
